What a beautiful experience I had on Saturday. I didn’t have an appointment but wanted to get some new glasses. There was a very helpful young lady. She was helping me and she sounded like she knows what she’s selling and what will be helpful for me during work. I recommend boots opticians in Kensington high street.

l would give less than zero stars to this shop.
Today 07/11/2020 at 09.47 am l call the number 02079370298 and l spoke with a very racist customer service from Boots located in 127A Kensington High StLondonGreater LondonW8 5SF.
She had a rude unpleasant patronizing attitude: she treated me like an immigrant by saying "Sir l explain you how it works in this country many times". l told her that l've been living here for the last 10 years and paid taxes to the Uk government so she shouldn't talk to me like that, l know very well how it works in this country!! . Although l told her she didn't get my query at all yet just focusing to dump her racist attitude on me. l told her: I clearly read what is written on Boots site, namely that you provide free contact lens assessment. Since l am running out of contact lens - that's the reason l was calling her. Nonetheless she kept going with that racist attitude telling me how it works in this country.
Disgusting personality !!

I arrived at these run-down premises for an appointment for my child, who has a serious health condition. After being told to wait for some time, I was firmly informed by the receptionist that we did not have an appointment and I was told I must have failed to complete the online process properly. When I showed e-mail confirmation of the date and time of the appointment, the story abruptly changed and I was told that we were 'too late' and the optician wanted to go home (despite an explanation of the vulnerabilities of the child). The next available appointment they offered -in spite of their own basic errors - was 2 weeks hence. No thanks - SpecSavers for me and my family now!
