Absolutely useless! Do not waste your time with this branch. I have been let down at every hurdle despite making a formal complaint and still not receiving an apology. Manager is hardly ever there and as said by another reviewer they never answer the phone despite an almost always empty shop. I never leave reviews but I am at my wits end! I should have received my contact lenses 3 weeks ago and have just been informed I will have to wait another week at least BY TEXT!! How can a company be so useless! I’ve spent far too much time and money in this place and as soon as I have got my contact lenses I will be cancelling my subscription and NEVER returning. Try another branch maybe but do not go to this one- id avoid the whole company in future if possible.

Don't write reviews but the staff made a usually boring experience a pleasant one. Not knowing what I wanted they happily suggested a number of frames that would compliment my shape. They were attentive at every stage amd friendly and polite which is more than can be said for other shops in the area where a curt response to questions seems the norm.

I would reccomwnd them to anyone and everyone and quite frankly cant praise them enough. Thabks again!

Never answer the phone. The shop is always empty, with consultants hanging around so God knows what they do all day...

Booked my children in for their eye test as usual with the same opthalmologist I alwasys ask for the same person as she has been checking my children's eye's for the past 5 years I must say she is excellent with the children. I travel nearly 50 miles to get there. On arrival I was told that she was on holiday, I was furious that nobody bothered to inform me. I asked to speak to the manager the reception assistant went and explained it to him he was standing 15 feet away, he was looking at some glasses he was not talking to anyone else just looking at some glasses. He told the assistant that he could not speak to me. After nearly 50 miles driving and waisting my time, effort and petrol he would not speak to me. How would that make anyone feel. What awful management at this branch!
