I bought a designer frame glasses with prescriptions lens with reacting light.
it took over 3 weeks for the glasses to arrive.
I was advised by the staff that the lens chosen was compatible with the frames. Glasses arrived with lens sticking out.
I was not happy with they way they looked and requested them to changed. I was advised if i wanted new lens i had to pay an additional £100.00 on top of the £300.00 previously paid for the glasses and no apology.
This was not my error and i do not feel that i should be paying any extra.

I have been going to the Sight Centre for years. They supply a comfortable and well-presented service. The staff all ways greet customers in a positive and helpful way. Appointment rum very smoothly, its rare to wait more than a minute to be seen. They support strict confidentiality, and you can be assured of discretion in all matters personal. Whenever I have an appointment, Sight Centre contact me the day before to confirm that I will be attending, these personal touches and good customer services have kept me returning for new glasses, contact lenses and eye checks.
If you need your glasses changed our new glasses, they will tell you how long it will take and will also contact you once they are ready, I have never had to wait more than ten days for a new pair of glasses. When you receive the glasses, they get you to put them on and make any adjustments to the fitting at once.
Sight Centre have a wide range of glasses, I have bought Marc Jacob, Dior, and several other designer frames. The optician, Gus, is always friendly, professional and his advice is second to none. He recently referred me to have cataract removed. This was done efficiently online; I had the operations two weeks later and recovered quickly. Gus in very personable and has a positive progressive relationship with his team and with customers. They say a good service starts with good leadership and Gus influence I believe has been paramount in having a successful while used service.

I have been attending this optician for years now and I will continue to do so for years to come. The staff is amazing and always welcoming, I’ve never visited another opticians where I feel so comfortable with the optician himself and believe me I have been to a lot as I’ve been wearing glasses for over 20 years now. I am very fussy about my frames and style of glasses, my lenses can be tricky to add to certain frames but I believe the staff here goes above and beyond for me at all time and I appreciate them all so much. I would definitely recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Had my eyes photographed filled by a excellent eye exam.
I have just picked up my glasses and am absolutely delighted with the service from the optician to the staff to help me choose the correct lens type required for my needs.
I just wanted to say something nice for a truly magnificent eye care I have received.

I took my 2 daughters their during half term and service and professional manner and attention to detail was commendable
As both my girls wear glasses the choice was fantastic and the staff extremely helpful

I've been getting my contact lenses and glasses here for over 10 years, Gus the Optician is very friendly and personable, all the staff know who I am and have my prescription ready for me when I walk in, I don't even have to ask.

They always have a good variety of frames on offer at very reasonable prices.

At sight centre, the service and customer focus is exellent. I have had about 8 pairs of glasses done with them and i have been very impressed with the quality received. I also get quality designer frames for reasonable prices. Yudish who is a member staff is always assisting me and prividing the required support. He is the main reason i have got about 8 pairs of glasses done over the last few years. I fully understands my needs and i would recommend sight centre for your eye care need. Great items, great support and great value for money. Check them out.

Some staff are a bit surly, incl some of the opticians.
The eye test seems basic compared to eg Boots.

Communication needs to be improved - especially when rearranging appointments.

Fantastic place - I had a major blood vessel leakage after a bout of conjunctivitis, and went here panicking that I was dying. The optician saw me straight away on a Saturday, with no pre-booking necessary and only about a 5 minute wait. He gave me a thorough checking, and asked extensively about my eye health history. Felt well looked after and very reassured. And all for an NHS patient. Absolutely couldn't fault them, highly recommend!

Fabulous service with an excellent selection of glasses on display in a very customer friendly environment. The staff are well informed and are willing to go that bit extra to assist in any way possible. The optician a true gentleman whom is very approachable and informative and is prepared to allocate his time to ensure the best results and glasses are suited to your needs and liking. Over all I give this establishment the highest of recommendations.

I have to say this place is the tops!  Regarding the eye checkup, Dr.Bobby was the first doctor in a while who took time to look at my eyes and any abnormalities, where most just check my vision and send me on my way. Regarding the frames,  Violla was courteous, patient and extremely helpful.  She literally went through 25+ frames with me.  Her co-workers even came and gave feedback.   Now I would be lying if I didn't mention the fact the all 3 women (one pregnant) working there were all stunners and clearly into fashion by the way they dressed, this was a bonus not just for the company .
