The eye test was very good and professional. However the service to get a pair of glasses was completely useless. I went to the shop 3 times to try a pair of verifocal glasses that I ordered. After their 3 attempts to could not get it right I asked for a full refund which they paid promptly. The staff need much better training and each time I saw a different person. Something is not right with this branch. I went to Boots and got the right glasses first time.

their staffs are extremely good at lying
i bought a pair of glasses from Kensington store and delivery to my local store because they have more frames.
my glasses never arrived.
i made the order on 25/01, and they promised that it will be delivered with 10 days, and 10 days after, no contacting from them, and i pop in my local store 06/01 and the staff told me that its already in Kensington store but havnt been delivered. And they promised that they will post it the same day and guaranteed arrived on 07/01.
guess what, i visited the local store to collect the glasses but i was told that they have not arrived yet because its been sent to a wrong address, and they will redeliver it this day and guaranteed arrived 08/01
i visited the store 08/01 they told me that its not been sent yet!!! and they will post it today and guaranteed arrive 09/01
i feel extremely frustrated and want a refund, they have a lot of excuse and do not give me refund anyway, finally we reached to a agreement that they will upgrade the lenses of my glasses for free.
10 days after, the same story repeated one more time
i visited local store 25/02 and was told its already in Kensington store but havnt been sent and they will sent it today and they will sent it the same day and guaranteed arrive 27/02
