My son,who has special needs is a very regular customer at Specsavers Richmond,who requires fittings more frequently due to his glasses being broken,damaged,lost etc.All the staff at the Richmond branch are incredible welcoming,kind and with patience of angels:) Luca is always very happy,especially to see Shane,who takes his time to chat to Luca,and always has a hug ready for him.Most stores are just that:Stores.However Richmond Specsavers are special.All the staff are welcoming,supportive,kind,sincere,and its almost like visiting friends.Thank you all of you.You are the nicest people and its
