I would like to recommend and appreciate Rakhee for her professionalism dealing with the frame of my glasses. There were some wobbly screws which were affecting the sitting position and causing unnecessary blur. I was very upset because these glasses were still within it's one year warrant and i had previously had these screws tightened. Rakhee managed to calm me down and had a proper inspection of the frame. She detected there was actually a crucial missing screw which was causing the problem, so no matter how many times the wobbly screws were tightened unless the aforementioned missing screw was found and fixed, the problem will remain. Rakhee managed to replace my frame despite them being discontinued and i am now a very happy customer. I can now work effectively with my glasses. Thanks again Rakhee, i'm so happy!

I only have myself to blame really. I get my contact lenses monthly in the post so I don't have to worry about visiting apart from once a year. Every time I come I am reminded how disorganised and unprofessional they are, I keep telling myself that I should just change opticians but never get around to it. Hopefully I'll remember before next year!

I was 10 minutes late for an appointment which cost me time and money to get to afterwork. There were people however still waiting for their appointment which were scheduled before mine so really my appointment was canceled as they were behind schedule themselves. No apology from them... Will not go back!

EXTREME BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE OPTICAL STAFF IS NOT TRAINED AT ALL! Don't ever go there!
THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED NEW GLASSES/new precription EVEN IF YOU DONT - JUST TO SELL!!!
and you will never get a refund from the store or the company even though they have made a huge mistake.
Optical staff not trained at all, for example they don't know what antigmatism is.

I've had my eyes tested here for many years and always feel that the opticians themselves do a very good job – they're thorough and professional. The customer service, on the other hand, is some of the worst I've ever experienced. It's not particularly rude, just very very disorganised. They're often quite unrealistic about how many people they can get through and a long wait is not uncommon. Post-appointment service is sketchy at best - communication is like wading through treacle. I always leave the store feeling that I should go elsewhere - if I didn't feel confident in the test itself then I definitely would.
