It's great to have a business address to separate personal from official mail. Mail can be accessed at any time of the day or night and it's secure until you're ready for it. It beats chasing up Post Office cards which always arrive when you're out.

I have used Mail Boxes for years and would always recommend it over the post office, Luke who runs it is unfailingly courteous and helpful, as are his staff.

I couldn't disagree with the previous reviewer more. I have been using mail boxes in earls court road for 3 years and having discovered them wouldn't dream of returning to use the post office. The staff at Mail Boxes are extremely helpful and I enjoy going there. It is now a pleasure posting letters and parcels.
I think it is mean-spirited to write a negative review of a shop 5 days before Christmas. That close to Christmas every shop is busy. The previous reviewer should have made a second visit before making a judgement. But such is the pervasive power of the internet, someone who is tired and cross can take it out on other people online. Whereas a happy person is too busy to spend the time online telling everyone about it. I only discovered this negative review as i was looking up the opening hours. I was shocked and I am writing this to redress the balance.

What a shame!

For a customer service industry, the Earls Court Mail boxes branch offers very poor service. The post Office in EArls Court offers better service. I rate it a minus -10 for bad customer service. Go to the King Road branch if you need a branch that understands customer service.
