Very good experience. We were looking for a groomer to do a haircut before Christmas (which was really difficult) and they booked us in on the next day. The haircut was quick and very nice - the dog looked lovely. She also felt very comfortable. Thank you!

I took my dog in yesterday after being recommended by a friend. My dog has never been groomed before but her ears had become very matted and she wouldn't let me touch them. Gary was very gentle with her and obviously loves dogs. She was very relaxed and he got rid of the matts while I was there. I would definitely go back - maybe for a full cut as her ears look so smart! - and I would also highly recommend him.

I took my dog in a while back, the price was more than I was quoted, and the cut was not good they chopped her tail and made a right old mess. I did mentioned the tail but the guy was grumpy and we left it, I understand people can make mistakes, and maybe they had not dealt with the breed before. On the second occasion I booked, there was bad traffic I called to say I was running late, ( by about 10-15 mins) the guy was extremely rude, I was apologetic which he didn't accept and he told me that he would not be able to groom my dog but that I should come down anyway to pay for it. when I asked if they could fit me in any later he said no, not very understanding as the traffic was not my fault a shame as the lady was very sweet and seemed to love dogs. I won't be going back. I need to feel my dog is in a gentle & caring place.

Not sure about the reviews above but we had a great experience and a repeat customer. Each time our dog has gone in for grooming she's there wagging her tail playing with Gary on the floor!

You can tell they love and care for dogs and do their utmost to help you and make the dogs in their care feel good. I think it tells you a lot when your dog gets excited and can't wait to go in the shop! Can't argue with the prices either, very reasonable!

Unfortunately a very poor experience indeed. Got my dog groomed from here, the end result was very disappointing. Price keeps going up every time I go in. The guy who grooms is very grumpy and I don't feel very comfortable with leaving him with my dog. Best to avoid. A real shame.

I was here the other day, the service was really not great. I didn't get the impression the owners were dog lovers. I changed my mind about getting any grooming as I didn't trust leaving my dog with these people. There's a much more friendly shop down the Finchley Road where I will be going from now on. A smile and a lighter atmosphere (music?) Might've helped...

I have taken my dog here a few times and always found good, friendly service and i was charged less then quoted and the price didn't change.
would highly recommend this dog groomer.

Gary did great haircuts for my dog. However, I have found somewhere new as I felt that he was not very friendly or accomodating. The price went up every time that I took the dog and I once looked through the window to see him yanking my dog in a way that I wasn't comfortable with.

Needs to improve customer service and show appreciation for repeat business
