We purchased our cockapoo Joey in 2011, absolutely love him. He did have kennel cough but it quickly disappeared and he is a treasured handsome member of our family. So glad we found him for sale here!

I purchased a puppy in March. He is really sociable, in good health and very loving. The vet who checked him over was happy with his health and condition, I would buy from here again.

I bought a Pugalier In May 2011, he is a very healthy happy little puppy, we have had a few hiccups here and there in terms of odd puppy illness, but nothing which relates to how he was treated prior to our purchase. We love Oscar to bits, Thanks Sylvester

We bought a little moggie kitten from Sylvesters in 2011, hes chocolate tabby striped and we have never had a problem with him.
He was weaned, litter trained and is a very outgoing, healthy little chap.

We purchased a cocker spaniel from this shop a year ago and have had absolutely no problems with our dog at all. He has been nothing but loving and with no health problems. Sylvester's shop was helpful and most importantly CLEAN, and all the dogs seemed to be looked after very well. Not only does he act well with humans but with all dogs he meets as well. He is a star in his local park and many people stop to ask us where we got our dog and take pictures of him.
I have lived in Spain and have seen pet shops abroad where animals are kept in shop windows all day and night to attract customers, in dire conditions. This is certainly not the case with Sylvesters. All the animals were kept in clean pens with only a limited number in each.
If there is such a problem with pet shops selling animals, shouldn't something be done about the selling of pets in Harrod's for surely that is a pet shop as well?

Think carefully about buying pups from pet stores in general, best to visit the breeder and meet the sire and dam. Many cases of sick pups sold from this pet store in particular. Steer clear...

This postee has never seen or been in my store. We sell over 1,000 healthy happy puppies per year. We have less than 1% of problems. Better statistics than Harrods or many maternity wards.

Love this shop, I bought a cocker spaniel from it three years ago and I havn't had to wash the dishes up since! Brilliant, it only cost me fifty pence! I call it spunky and it whistles when Eastenders comes on! Admitedly it's ears fell off within a week and it keeps laughing at my slippers but apart from that I cannot fault the little fella.

think carefully if you purchase puppy etc from the harrow branch. we bought puppy there a few weeks ago, very poorley diarroah with blood, kennel cough, took to vets, and that day had seen 3 puppys from the same shop all very poorly. look at complaints to rspca and to harrow council dateing back to 2007 absoloutly disgusting, please be aware of all these complaints

Premierpuppies sell over 2000 puppies per year. We have a complaint level of 0.2% which if you applied this to baby births, you will find that problems with our puppies are very low. Harrow Council have a policy (backed by the Charity RSPCA) of closing down every Pet shop in their Borough. I am the last remaining Pet Shop in Harrow. They spent 7 months compiling a dossier against me. They phoned ecery Vet in Harrow and surronding areas to ask them to complain and advice their clients to complain. This is how your council tax is spent if you live in Harrow!
They failed in trying to close me down as I was warded my licence. I have a shop in Ealing Borough that has run for 12 years with not one complaint recieved in the last three years! Come and visit us, see the high standards we have, and the healthy puppies we stock. All our breeders are lincensed(where they required to be lincensed). Be yout own Judge come to us you will not be disapointed.

Please think wisely before purchasing a puppy from this pet shop and see the Harrow local government website for the number of complaints registered about the puppies health from here - including concern registered from the RSPCA.

Bought a Cav King Charles from this lovely place. the staff were so helpful, and spent ages with me helping me choose the best puppy. they had a large selection, all clean and all looked happy +and healthy. They have a vet whos comes twice a week to check them! I have no hesitation reccomending them. we looked at a;lot of places all rond the South east and this is far the Best. They told me they have a larger shop in Harrow even better than this!

Hello, this review is just to tell people that sylvesters pet shop is very good, not many pet shops sell puppies, kittens, rabbits and fish! They have good service and its easy to get there by train,bus or car! I myself have just brought a puppy of them for 250 pounds, and for that particular breed its cheap because all puppies include vaciation, micro-chipping, vet checks and they go through a paper with you before you take your pet home. Inside the pet shop there is Premier Puppies, that is were they have a variety of puppies at reasonable prices.
