Staff are appalling rude and dismissive of their customers - would love to complain direct but they even refuse to give contact details for their supervisor. Such truly shocking attitude, so anything would improve the service.

The attendants must take lessons in how to be as rude as possible. I've never encountered such awful, abrasive staff. I think they believe that they have a right to address any customer in any way they choose. I've made a complaint to the complaints department of Exxon Mobil and I suggest anyone who also suffers the same problem (and I know there's many) complains as well, or nothing will change!

this morning they charged me £2.25
for a 4 pint jug of semi-skimmed milk
(green top)
the local convenience shops charge £1.20,
the supermarkets charge 1.00,
for the same item.
