I took my two very scruffy schnauzers to Sniffles. They were washed, detangled and shorn, claws clipped & ears de-haired in record time. They looked happy and just like schnauzers should look. Would recommend.

Gave my dog a really bad haircut. One side of her face was one inch shorter than the other. Her ears were chopped and she still had knotted fur under her legs. When we complained to the owner the attitude was, "don't bring her back". Shame!
