over 9 years, talk talk stole £3000.00 from our account. This went unnoticed because my wife suffered heart disease and it was being taken from her account
we cancelled the account in 2002 as the service was so bad and we went with sky, but talk talk / aol said we didnt cancel our aggreement ( we did)
they took the money every month up untill last week ( december 2011) and have stated company policy only allows them to refund 6 months
they took money even after we moved to a new address ( one they didnt have ) in 2005, this address was knocked down and they still took £27.99 a month
well Talk Talk , you messed with the wrong man
today the 24th December and untill they pay me whats mine, i will hand out leaflets outside all talk talk shops in london, warning people of what they get up to
