Started great fixing screen and glass.
Then noticed bits weren't working.
Proximity sensor and sim card reader.
Messaged shop then and was told to bring back to shop so he can look.
No apologies given.
I then received a call saying proximity sensor is loose connection.
Still no apology.
I was then asked for 50 to fix sim card reader as had worn out and was my own fault not his. . I just agreed as didn't want to fight it as needed phone back asap.
He then messed up and ordered wrong part delaying the whole situation. Really should be a discount to customer at this stage.
Here's my biggest problem though, my partner went in to collect phone and was made to feel very uncomfortable and was told to pay £60 instead.
When she mentioned we had been quoted 50 and only had 50 on her they then called us liars and said that's how much the part costs as didn't even charge labour.
I thought hang on a minute let's have a look online.....
Low and behold, the part costs £15-20 as is non genuine part. Which is fine by me but please be honest.
Really disappointed with service. Shame really as thought were nice guys at first but just typical Swindlers that prey on women.
