Poor customer service, if you use the self service machine they always suspect you are tricking them trying to choose the wrong postage and they treat you accordingly to what they imagine, always in a rude manner.

HORRIFIC!!! to add insult to Parcel Force (whom insult generally everyone with their lack of business ethic) I am to try and get to a post office to collect my mail... I use the word "TRY" because where are the operational hours?.... frustrating!!
