Staff training is of the essence and the Post Office have lost the plot. I obtained an International Drivers Permit and they stamped the wrong categories, as the categories on my old licence and the permit conflict. My licences A category is for driving a motor vehicle and the permits category A is for driving a motor cycle. Once I spotted this error I tried phoning to no avail, I then contacted AA for advice and a very helpful lady tried contacting them but with no success, she told me that in my case all five boxes should be stamped. I went back this morning and the gentlemen at the Post Office agreed begrudgingly to stamp one box but not the other as he thought I did not need that as it covered trailers, which it did not. No polite apology for the inconvenience, not really customer focussed. As this service is only available at a very limited amount of Post Offices the Post Office must ensure that these documents are produced correctly or they can ruin peoples holidays.

Please do not go to this Post Office if you are in a hurry - the service is slow beyond belief. Lunch time; packed with customers, 3 counters open - I suppose the staff need their lunch too!

Every encounter I have had with this post office has been positive. The people that work there are very freindly and I always get my business done quickly. The take-a-ticket system is exemplary, and organizes people according to their needs, as opposed to waiting in long queues of disorganized people who take forever. It's a clear, consistent system and I love it. This office raises the bar and I applaud them.

This is a pathetic post office for the centre of London. It is small (by international standards) and thus usually crowded, the opening hours are similar to those of small branch offices, and the specialist services (especially the philatelic counter) have been greatly diminished. Recent commemorative stamps are no longer on display despite being churned out by the 100s in true banana republic style, so you have to identify a competent staff member and then ask to be shown what is available and this can lead to very long log-jams.

I have been going to this Post Office based in Central London for over 10 years now, especially when other local Post Offices are closed, so this post office is both user friendly and convenient to their customers. The staff are always friendly and informative ! My Letters and Parcels always arrive on the estimated date advised by the staff and you can buy peripherals for packing and securing your letters / parcels. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Been to this branch a few times now and the service is always perfect. The staff are experienced, friendly and quite efficient. The ticket system works well and the wait is much shorter than one would expect from a central London branch. Would highly recommend.

The people are friendly, and the ticket system keeps things orderly - instead of a bunch of pasive-aggressive Londoners huffing and puffing and queue jumping. They have been friendly and most helpful again and again.

This post office has changed to a 'take a ticket' system instead of joining a que. Great if your a priority business customer - useless for everybody else. Take a ticket then go and do your shopping for a few hours... The time it now takes to reach a member of staff is now crazy. It has really slowed down the process for the majority of people as staff are pressing the button to call the next number for the person that has long since gone back to the office.
