Very spacious and clean, but lunch hours are still awful. You will have to loose your entire lunch hour for a special delivery! They still haven't after all this time, constructed a staff rota that allows for full staff on at peak hour. My ticket yesterday showed 55 people infront of me! Then half an hour later (yes-half an hour)
2 staff came back in off their lunch ! Can't people go on an early lunch or late lunch - come on guys its 2010 !
