Post Office Ltd

Rude , unhelpful staff. The lady as you go into the shop always polite and says hello. Then you are met by the most unhelpful, moaning, rude woman I’ve ever met. She is always berating the customer who went before in the queue. This has happened a few times that I have been in. They seriously need some customer service training in there! Being polite and helpful costs nothing!

This post office needs customer service training badly - they clearly don't like serving people and constantly charge you more than you should be paying. You can wait for ages in que while they have a shouting match between themselves in their own language, then take out their frustrations on their customers. I only go in when I have pre-paid postage and even then sometimes I have to argue for a proof of postage receipt! If can afford it, go to the Chingford post office instead!

They are very rude. They try to insult you in their language thinking that you will not be aware of this foul behaviour.

I think the staff could do with some customer service training and need to stop talking to each other when serving customers as you often have to repeat yourself because the don't pay attention. I would not use if there was another PO in the area and now that I'm back at work, I'd rather queue for ages and use the PO in Holborn than this place!

Not the best of Post Office branches. The staff/owners at the PO counters are generally not that helpful and can sometimes be rude. The staff in the shop part of the branch seem ok.

The shop is a bit of a mess with items being hard to find but this tends to be the case in small family run post office branches.

Avoid like the plague.

May have been good a year or two ago but staff are now rude and cant be bothered.

Everytime I go in and the staff dont either understand you (normally because they are busy talking on mobile phones whilst you are waiting for them to serve you) they then scream, shout and bang their fists on the counter and window when you question what they have told you.

I have also been sworn at by staff in branch.

To give an example I went in to post a package.

They weighed it and told me the price

I then went back in and they weighed it again and despite being served by the same person the price they had given me was completely wrong.

They also have the cheek to get aggressive about things that are their mistake in the first place and shout your business down the shop at the top of their voices so anyone standing in the queue can hear.

I dont see why anyone should be objected to abuse and violence simply because the staff in the branch dont understand and cant accept the fact that if they make a mistake then its their fault.

A number of people in the Local area have said they will not use this Post Office anymore due to the staff.
