It is been around 2 years working with this Cartridge World Branch. As we are running a Bed & Breakfast we have a huge use of cartridges. Refilling cartridges twice every month.
Excellent pick & drop service without delay at a very good price.
Never had any complain what so ever. All staff is very polite and helpful.
Superb service all around we will definitely recommend this for business seeking excellent service.

AVOID!
DISHONEST MERCHANT!
He quoted me £21 to refill my laserjet cartridge with toner.
I agreed on this price. He went downstairs to fill in my cartridge, when he came back after 20 minutes, he presented me with a bill of £31!!!
I politely reminded him that he quoted me £21 for the refill.
He maliciously ate his words and replied he never said anything like that.
I reluctantly paid, but I'll NEVER step foot into his shop again!

I totally disagree with this review.Obviously there had been a misunderstanding.If the customer felt they were quoted a certain price and charged another then why not just ask for a refund which we would have happily obliged, obviously emptied the cartridge and returned it to them!!!
