I went with my friend to print our dissertations, they charged us £10 for the first one and then when they found out we were right up against the deadline and didn't have time to go anywhere else they charged us £36 (!!!!) for the second one. I later found out this would have cost £4 to print and bind in Rymans so, even if nothing else was going on, it was a VERY expensive service.
