I used the Kilburn branch to print some (complicated) documents that I needed for a meeting with an investment bank and a “magic circle” law firm, as an independent contractor I rely on the quality of my work to sell my services, at the meeting it was clear that my documentation was better presented/more professionally bound than those from the legal and financial firms, so I made an extremely good impression and we ended up using my documentation as the reference copies. Good service, high quality delivery.

Dont go there!!! Very unhelpfull.I suggest the middle-age fellow that works there gets more slp at night! (Not very polite yawning in you'r face).Was to much for him to print me 30 party invitations...Where 50 yards away in Snappy Snaps it was done within the hour.I Still have not received an email i sent to Prontaprint 24 hrs ago.Very unprofessional.Avoid if yor after good customer care

I was trying to help this lady. She wanted to do invites for her birthday party and I thought she is going to spend a lot of money when she should save it for her party. We are just too expensive by the time design and print is taken into account. I'm really sorry.
