In contrast, I went to them for some colour photocopying and found them helpful, informative and quite professional.
The copies were done while I waited, they guillotine'd the edges off one for me that was an odd size and charged less than a global office services co just down the road.

I called Adana for help with a professional printing job. The man who answered the phone was very unhelpful, bordering on rude. He talked over me and I could not even explain to him what I needed. When I asked him about paper sizes, he said he didn't know (and didn't offer to find out the answer). I am normally a patient person, but it just seemed like he did not want my business. I had to end the conversation after only about 60 seconds by saying that I would have to take my business elsewhere. Too bad. I would have liked to have supported my local small business, but their customer service was awful. I couldn't comment on whether they have competitive prices or quality work as I didn't get that far with them.
