Royal Mail

Royal Mail delivery is so unrealiable. Something needs to change in Royal Mail to improve its horrific service.

Shame on this Royal Mail branch!!! Ordered an expensive Trapstar jacket for my son. Took a day off, sat at home all day and waited, at 4:47 the tracking suddenly showed Delivered. I live in a huge building with a concierge . I went downstairs and searched with the receptionist ,even checked his book of parcels that arrived through the day but nothing was handed over for my flat and there is evidence of it. Clearly stolen. Royal Mail ,stop employing thieves.....shame on you!!!!

Card left saying letter had not enough postage and had to pay £1.10 to have it re-directed on Saturday 7th Oct.2023. It is now Sunday 6.30pm and no re-directed post received. Other post was put through letterbox but not the re-directed one.
Why should we pay this price if they cannot complete there task.
Very unsatisfied customer. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a parcel sitting at Croydon MC since the 6th August
You can’t speak to anyone to find out if there is any hope of it being delivered
I would go and pick it up but I live to far away and postage has been paid for delivery

The service here is appalling. It’s outrageous how they just loose people’s items.

Have been informed that my parcel was delivered this morning at 10.26.

Here's the strange part I live in Liverpool. The parcel supposedly was delivered to some unknown address in Croydon. Nobody can tell me what address.they are unwilling to go back to the delivery address and get the parcel back.

Somebody will be in touch in approx 72 hours to talk about the situation.
Well that's nice of them as far as I can tell nobody will do a thing before then.

My parcel has come from China. it's taking longer to get the parcel delivered in the UK.than it did to get parcel from China

The postal service in the UK is appalling. Yet people at the top and share holders still get their bonus every year.

The general public are being taken for fools. By this shower of no marks.

You never know this time next year I could have actually had my parcel delivered.

I have had a parcel sat at Croydon mc sorting office for over 3 weeks now and there does not seem to be any movement any time soon. I have it tracked and every day I look at the tracking page, the date of delivery and days between keep changing and get longer.
This is not good enough they need to get my parcel to me asap and they need to get their act together.

The Royal mail of today is not what it used to be but then nor are the people
Its a case of they just can't be bothered and just want the end of month money and screw everyone else. worse than useless.

Parcel delivery with Royal Mail is ALWAYS ALWAYS problematic. There are several instances when the postman/woman has not bothered to ring the doorbell just thrown in a 'Something for you' card. Or not given enough time to answer the door.
When I have requested a re delivery it is 50/50 whether it will come on that day.
I have given info as to my safe place but this gets wiped or forgotten and the option of leaving the parcel in a safe place is not there on the first re delivery.
Of all the parcel services out there Royal Mail is the absolute worst by a mile.

I had the worst experience whit Royal Mail! They lose my special delivery with my son passport and when I call them they pass me from one to another no one knows anything! in addition, they did not leave a red card when they tried to make the delivery ! They have to pay for this loss and hire responsible people !!! I will make a big complain for this !

This site is really not well run/managed!
Official closing time for collections on Thurs 1st April 2021 was 8pm according to Factory Lane collection point opening hours sign on gate was 8pm, yet when I got there at at 7:03pm to collect a missed delivery, it turns out they had just closed at 7pm.
Decided to try again the next morning and turned out in spite of the the sign at the gate said they would open at 7:30am, they didn't. Checked online whilst waiting roadside in the freezing wind, it advised opening at 8am on the Good Friday. I'm currently still waiting at 08:17am and can see the lights are on inside yet the gate is still shut yet saying opening at 7:30am.
Tried to reach them by phone and there no way to reach the office, only option is local collection from shops???
This is appalling! Opening info not updated, no Customer Service available, no one to assist, no option given to reach office by phone, this added to parking restrictions in the area all around Factory Lane site make this the WORST collection site I've ever visited and in need of some SERIOUS management review. This is appalling for customers who took time off work and travelled a distance to collect a parcel which according to the card left would be available to collect at opening times which apparently do not apply!
Awful, awful, awful! Management at this site must change!

Hi good afternoon, The post in this area is disgusting.
We never see our old postman, Important documents that were posted in Thornton heath last week not arrived, Birthday cards that were posted in Tonbridge wells on the 06/01/21 has not arrived, We had 6 letters come through our door at 7pm on Wednesday, That were put through someone else's door can the post men know how to read. that they can't read the no of the houses cr0 2xz Thornhill road west Croydon
