one of my favourite places to buy shirts. despite being sartorial the environment is relaxed and lacks any pomposity. they also cut very decent suits (arguably the number of cloth choices are on the somewhat limited side) and their overcoats are well-made using good materials. as i said, i mainly buy shirts, but all their products are well-priced; the shirt cuts are always excellent (something not often apparent until you try to iron the garment!); anything they don't have in-store they will gladly order for you (usually next day); they are always offering good deals and discount A-grade stock very regularly to keep stock moving. lastly, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. so, if you need a suit or a couple of shirts - Hawes & Curtis come highly recommended.

Stopped by to pick up a few work shirts. The staff was helpful selecting the right size even expained why this outlet is so affordable.
On the negative side they seem young and inexperienced so recommendations may be lacking altogether.
Will go back.

Train your staff to have better customer service and to acknowledge customers when they come into the shop. Missed out on a huge sale this morning due to lack of customer service. Mirror what you do on Jermyn St!
