This must be the the most helpful gentlemen's outfitters in London.
I recently purchased the most beautiful silk dressing gown for my husband.
Unable to travel to London, personally, and living in Birmingham, the service I received was exceptional, all done by phone and e-mail. The dressing arrived the very next day, beautifully
Boxed and the most beautiful silk I have ever seen. Thank you so much for your outstanding service. Janet of Sutton Colfield.

I spent £1200 on 4 bespoke shirts and the process was disappointing as was the final result. The first fitting took longer than agreed. My shirts were completed before signing off the final pattern and did not fit as I would like. The process of trying to get them altered included blame being assigned only to me. The alterations I wanted weren't all possible. After alterations were done I had no fitting. The shirts are still not perfect, but I've given up trying to get them fixed. My suggestion for improvement would be to review the whole process. And don't make shirts before full agreement

I visit London regularly on business. One stop I always make is to Budd Shirtmakers. The selections is not large, but everything they do carry is of the utmost top quality. I especially love the neckwear. The Macklesfield silk Budd uses is of a heavier than normal weight; the interlings are generous, as is the several inches longer than average length of each tie. Company's like Budd are what make London shopping worthwhile.

having had many shirts made by budds over the years the quality was first class, delivery somewhat slow at tjmes. There was only one occasion when a particular shirt did not live up to their exacting standard, however it was soon adjusted. Tonight I was considering contacting Budds. wondering if they still make fine shirts, having recently been very disappointed by another maker who I believe must labled and sold me a manufactured shirt. Hence my stumbling upon this site. sincerely P.B
