Michael's Shoe Care

Have been using Micheal's for about 4 years now,even though i work in a different part of town now I always make the effort to come to St Pauls and bring my shoes here. Have managed to fix many of my stiletto heels that were pretty knackered and restore to near new.

I took a few pairs of very worn and damaged leather shoes to another cobbler, who outwardly refused to try and fix them as he said it was not worth the hassle. They were my favourite shoes! After taking them to michael's the staff were extremely helpful, and I got them back that afternoon in perfect condition! Thank you!

I have used Michaels shoe care for many years, I have found the standard of work to be excellent, I recently had a pair of boots taken in and was amazed at the craftmanship.The staff are always friendly and polite.

I left a jacket for dry cleaning and it was returned with stains that were not there originally. They did offer to re-clean it but the stains did not come out. They refused to refund me as they said "although stains had not been removed the jacket had been cleaned!". It wouldn't have been so bad if they had just apologised but they were very rude and dismissive. I would go elsewhere if I were you because the minute something goes wrong they will shut down and refuse to accept any responsibility. Very poor customer service.

Once again the team at Michaels Shoe Care Ludgate Hill have delivered. I have been using the services of the guys here for many years, they are fast, polite and the quality is second to none. My Jeffrey West shoes always look like new after they have worked their magic. Keep up the great work guys.
