Dropped a couple of pairs of ladies heels in to be re-soled and heeled. The customer service is appaling and given you are paying a premium price for the service, I was left feeling utterly disappointed. To make matters worse, the shoes weren't ready when they told me they would be and they also hadn't bothered to polish them! Basic stuff really - won't be returning.

Had to get a few old watches fitted with new batteries in preparation for their sale. This store is on my walk home from work, so convenient. However, I won't be returning. Rather than moan and lists specifics, I'll simply state that customer service is an area for improvement. The store is literally the size of a shoebox so two guys in there together all day can't be much fun.

Paid top dollar to have shoes re-soled, which is to be expected because of the location. However, quality was terrible, and a week later when I went back to have the re-sole re-soled, it was as though they were doing me a massive favour. Very poor customer service.
