Mario is a proper craftsman - in the old style of the word - he did a really professional job when he added rubber soles to my Church's brogues - he added that little bit of salt and pepper to something that was nearly perfect already. Highly recommended!

having used this shop for many years key cutting and shoe repair was ran buy chris who was good at his job now taking over is his son mario who is just as good and polite would recommend all of my guest who come to stay with us we ran a hotel near by

Given the hard task of entirely refurbishing a pair of serious walking boots, an immaculate, careful resticking of the soles was done, cheerfully for a very reasonble price. Superb result saving a lot of money over what other repairers would have charged and avoiding my having the expense of new walking boots. Well done B&B.

Popped in here today, nice lad helped me with my watch had a problem with getting the back of the watch back on. He was very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend for good service. 10/10.

I have not used the shop for while, but they recently did a superb job on a pair of my Trickers brogues, excellent repair work. In fact I am sending in a second pair.

I've been having keys cut at Buckles and Brogues for fifteen years. I run hospitality businesses so often need new keys. The keys are always brilliantly cut even if the original I give them is old. The father and son who run the shop are unfailingly efficient and helpful. Pricing is good too. I would never go anywhere else.

Highly recommend them. Went to have my shoe soles fixed. Tricky job - had come off at the heels twice previously. Very clear and good explanation of what had gone wrong, what needed doing and how he'd fix it. Shoe soles look 10x better now than after the previous repair - very close to what they looked like when I bought them 3 years ago. Had them ready when I came in less than 24h after leaving them with him. Best price too - asked 6 different shops (NE to SW London). Top!

They went to a lot of time and trouble re-cutting a replacement key that didn't work the first time. Not as cheap as Timpsons but Timpsons couldn't cut the key

Excellent shop always pleasant service, I would not use another shop for my shoe repairs as Buckles and Brogues offer the best service in this area.

I've taken a couple of pairs of good quality men's shoes here for re sole and re heeling, both have been repaired very well. I'm quite fussy when it comes to shoe repair quality and these were great and not over priced for the quality like other places in west London. Good to find a shoe repair I can trust!!

Someone said that Buckles and Brogues had shut down, well this is not true as i was there today for the first time and i was very impressed at the quality finish of mine and my husbands shoes. This shop had been recommended to me by a lot of my friends who said i would not be disappointed with the service. I have tried a few show repairs and not been satisfied with the quality and standard of my repairs.
