I don't usually leave bad reviews because I believe everyone deserves a second chance. But after a few awful experiences (working close by), I decided to leave a review.
Extremely rude and arrogant staff. A total ripoff. Didn't care about having the business whatsoever. Examples are:
1. Keys cut was charged £15 and £20 for 2, whereas exactly the same cost £10 for 3 elsewhere.
2. Was told could wait as a watch battery change could be done as I wait for £20. Came back with the watch without being acknowledged first of all. Was then told it was gonna cost £21.95 which was fine because I needed the watch quickly. But was told he couldn't do it as there are screws on the case back and it was complicated, and that he had keys being cut and he was busy, so I should leave my watch there to be collected in about 2 hours. When I said no I couldn't come back and I was handed the watch straight back and told "Up to you!" in such a dismissive manner.. Gave the business to a shop in Piccadilly Station 5 minutes away. It took literally 2 minutes and cost £10 and received a friendly smile.

Extremely rude staff. Actually shouting at me in the shop.
I asked for my beige Gucci belt to be glued if possible, they ruined it. Glue all over the back of the belt and dirty stained finger prints on belt. they could not fix belt in the end. They should have told me to leave it with them if they could not do it on the spot.
When I mentioned the marks were not on the belt when I brought it in the young guy said "well you would say that wouldn't you".
I won't bore you with the rest of the conversation, but I am taking this further.
Avoid this place. 0/10 but this is not an option

The staff are rude and do not listen to what you want and over charge. I have been to Taunton Timpson and their manners are impeccable. It doesn't take much to be polite and listen.

The day I found these guys was great !! I've already been to some places they've litteraly done some holes in my boots.. But these guys really take care of your stuffs. It might be à bit more expensive than what we use to pay but see where it is.. And the service is perfect and sometime very quick (just the time to order a coffee). I definitely taking an other way to let my shoes there than going in an other cheap and not good place!! See you tomorrow ;-)

Absolutely terrible service. I've been to other Timpson branches before, but this one is shocking. The shop keeper is incredibly rude and can't even repair something that was easily fixed in 2 minutes in another shoe repair shop in bond street!

£5 to cut a belt 2" shorter and make one hole. 1 minute job.
Beware.
