Brilliant service! I have been going to Tom's for years to have my shoes and boots repaired. This week I took in boots that should have been repaired months ago - I had scuffed the leather off the heel and they were very worn down. When I picked them up they looked fantastic, you would never know what a state they were in.

I don't normally leave reviews but this man is so talented and always provides wonderful customer service. He deserves the 10 out of 10 I rated him.

Always friendly, always helpful and repairs are marvellous. Has single-handedly extended the life of my boots and shoes by several years! And the repairs are always much quicker than he says they're going to be - often same day!

Best shoe repairer for miles. I have been using him for near on 20 years.
Hes always busy and willing to help. Tom my son loved his birthday party football medals and thank you for the free man of the Match trophy.

Tom saved my day. Some how my son snapped his front door key in half, I went to a key cutter in richmond he said no chance try Toms over the bridge. Tom looked at it and said Oops, cut me a new one in about a minute and it worked!! I can not believe this shop has been here for over twenty years and did not know about it.
Thanks again Tom
