The worst experience one can have in London. They are (the people at the till, the technicians in the workshop as well as whoever picks up the phone) unhelpful, extremely rude and arrogant. This happened every single time I had to have business with them and this pushed me to find another provider.

Having read through a number of bad reviews online I thought I would go and use the company for myself. What a mistake. The customer service is very very bad. They are not helpful in the slightest, and seem to have no concept of basic manners. I am sorry this is a negative review, but I'm afraid this is just how it is. I would look for somewhere else to buy material from and avoid this company at all costs!
