what a compete waste of time this snow and rock is so over rated the staff are not helpful at all and more interested in talking with themselves than helping customers. If you need ski wear in the London Kensington area try the Altimus ski shop near High Street Kensington station or Ellis brigham both are so much better.

As shops go they have everything i needed for my future back packing trip although they are a little overpriced even with there price promise guarantee felt that was a bit of a gimmick anyway my advice is shop around there are ample of outdoor shops in Kensington to choose from. Khatmandhu, Ellis brigham, Columbia, Altimus also worth checking out.

Not bad as retail stores go much better service than sports direct but then thats not hard, staff were pleasant but would be nice if they paid a little more attention when customers are milling around, also felt they didn't understand my needs anyway there are better outdoor shops on Ken high street including Ellis Brigham and Altimus here they offer excellent customer service.

This place needs to pull its socks up the shop is still running on its name and nothing else sure its a pleasant and clean but the staff need to be a little more focused had better luck in ellis brigham and altimus both just up the street. I would recommend visiting the other two before buying at snow and rock.

considering everyone raves about Snow And Rock i have to say its the worst shopping experience i have had in along time went in for some simple advice on walking boots they had no clue i went into couple of other local stores but ended up buying in Altimus also in Kensington High Street next to Barclays got fitted for walking boots by there podiatrist Charles what difference. 10/10

I would have given 0 stars but you can't Snow and Rock have to pull there socks up in Kensington the other local shops like Kathmandu and Altimus on the high street now are sooooo much better I felt the staff in Snow and Rock were not interested in helping me out.......
I ended up not buying anything from here and took my hard earned cash to Altimus and kathmandu in the end........

went in expecting great service with there new look but all i got was old tired staff to busy to help ended up in the another ski shop in Kensington called Altimus just opp (High Street Kensington station )what a breath of fresh air service was AAA rating the store was new clean and staff were helpful and they had great prices.
