After an initial meeting where I was assured they understood the complications surrounding our case, in particular certain aspects needed to be completed within a set time frame, I handed over the initial payment.
From that moment, and after several phone calls chasing up the initial payment I never heard from my solicitor again. I left him repeated messages and he never responded. After quite sometime I wrote a letter of complaint to his boss. All of a sudden lots of the paper work we had been waiting for came through the post. Nothing had been completed within the agreed time frame.
I received a response to my complaint saying they would look into it and get back to me, but I never heard anything again about it.
They did eventually deal with our case, but I only got to speak to my solicitors secretary and after paying so much money I wasn't impressed at all.
