Not being an experienced cyclist I thought I would buy from supposed experts. However, I was sold a bike which I am not convinced is the right frame size. The gear system broke after circa 10 rides but I was charged to get it fixed as normal 'wear and tear'. Recently I ordered some kit online on 6 Feb 10 - it's now 4 April 2010 and I'm still waiting despite numerous chasers. I would advise evrybody to steer well clear of SBR sports !

Staff are friendly enough and the guy I spoke to seemed to know what he was talking about but what they can do to help you is severely limited by the fact that there never seems to be anything in stock. They are always "waiting for the delivery truck to arrive." I have visited the place 3 times in as many months and it's been a wasted journey every time.
