Would not recommend. Very unprofessional. No complaints procedure. I like to support smaller shops, but when the prices are slightly higher and there is a lack of professionalism, one finds it hard to find reason not to go to the major chains

Assistant was helpful. Shoes I wanted to try were available in another branch, I would have to pay for them and if they didn't fit, there was NO refund. Manager suggested I pay £10 for them to bring shoes to this branch. His manner seemed hostile and contemptuous. Customer service needs improvement
