What a wonderful shop. I happened to be in Croydon and popped in. I would echo the other reviews. The chap behind the counter knows his stuff and is very helpful.
They have a huge range of products too.

I hardly ever come into Croydon because of the impersonal and bad customer service I have encountered in some of the shops.
A to Z, however offers the best customer service I have encountered and if you are looking for a good stationary shop, speak to these people first.
I happened to walk into this business in search of some replacement items for my filofax. I was not prepared for the friendly and very experienced service that I received. Brilliant service, friendly staff and one very happy customer, cannot praise this shop enough.
A personal service beats the internet for me anytime.
