Food Mart

I went to the shop over a year ago and had the best service from the new owner, and was able to buy all the goods I wanted to purchase under one roof. However I went in the shop 2days ago and found that the staff and owner were both rude. To make things worse the shop was completely empty when I asked if they had a specific item the owner turned around and shouted we don’t have it, customer service has become awful I recommend anyone to walk a minute down the road and go to the tesco.

its a nice shop visually but service is bit slow if i must say without critising the experience and knowledge of shop owner or staff, and i think the staff are always on the phone, even the shop owner not a good look for there customers as we waiting to be served thinking is the staff talking to me or some one on the phone.

it also caters so much more with wine and alcohol more so than groceries as say on the name of shop.

i would like to add that the fruit and few groceries at front on shop are very old and scawrny not very appealing to they eye never mind the highest prices around kilburn.
