Every time I have used your store I have felt, firstly, that I was not in my own country, secondly, that I am an inconvenience and have no value to you. I won't be coming back. There are alternative stores nearby that offer PayPoint services - I'll go to them in future. But you can improve just by greeting your customers, looking them in the eye as you take their money and thanking them for their custom - that's all it takes for a satisfactory transaction!
