Tesco Express

I really don't know why this express is getting bad reviews!
The staff are helpful , always polite and friendly.
Always stocked .
Every time I've been in this tesco express there has never been a long que . And if it does occur staff are always quick to get another member of staff behind the counter. This tesco express is good .
I frequently use it at least 3 / 4 times a week .

A reviewer who says 'worst shop I've ever been to' can't have been to many shops in their, probable, 6 yr old life. I frequent Tesco Express, Mitcham Rd(and Upper Tooting shop)- it's convenient. There's always some idiot in the queue complaining about everything, no matter how trivial, in a loud 'listen to me' voice. Quite possibly the worst shop I've ever been into, rude, work shy, shelves always half empty.
When they finally do bring things out they use huge trolleys that take up entire aisles during the busiest time so you have to fuse yourself to a fridge door to let it past,
Just bought ice cream, has melted and been re frozen so is full of crunchy ice crystals.... No receipt in the bag, what a surprise.
Was in to buy cigarettes a few days ago, three of us waiting at the tills, 4 staff standing chatting a few feet away - not enough characters to describe how excrutiatingly bad and this tesco is.
