They left a hole when tailoring my suit trousers! Noticed that at an important meeting next day - really embarrassing :-(
I put 4 out of 10 because the service was quite nice, the guy was friendly and my order was completed on time. But what's the point if the result is no good? That was the first and only time I used them, probably won't use again.They should definitely improve the quality.
