This shop is near my son's school and once in a while he shops there. Recently while shopping there for a soft drink, his coins fell out of his open wallet into a grill below the drinks shelf. It was not much but it was his only money. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful, and did not want to return his cash. Definately not the way to treat your customers no matter how young they may be.
