Sizzling China

I used to use this place years ago and it was pretty good. Unfortunately things have really gone down hill. The food was awful. We ordered the following: King prawn in chilli black bean sauce - the sauce had no flavour and was very stingy with the prawns. Chicken cashew nut came in a bright red sweet and sour sauce which tasted like it had come out of a bottle and the chicken was dry. The crispy shredded beef was soggy. The vegetable fried rice contained a lot of onion and very few other vegetables, it also tasted bad. The chicken sate also came in a bright red sauce with peanuts in it (also tasted like it came out of a bottle), and the sesame prawn toasts were mushy and horribly oily. When I called to complain the chef said nothing except make the following excuses: the prawn toasts are oily because they are cooked in oil and the king prawn chilli black bean sauce always comes with 6 prawns. The best he could offer me was 50% off my next order. I will not be calling again. I have nothing nice to say about this restaurant. It was a complete waste of £26 because we couldn't eat any of it.

My delivery came with the wrong food. when i rang them to tell them i hadnt got what i ordered they did not understand what i was saying, and hung the phone up. i rang back they started shouting at me, saying they had delivered everything correctly, then started laughing and hung up. they then refused to answer the phone. i had paid, and ended up cooking a pizza instead. AWFUL
