Service on comparison to prices is disgusting and was waiting way to long to even get a drink let alone food and for improvement please put customers first and not have such a cold establishment with open way to toilet which is health and safety.

Take Note I come here for the first time and am not happy at all next time if I come and the same event occurs in will be alerting for full auditation on site.

Very good restaurant. However need to update their menu its a bit limited.

The food is really tasty, best peri peri shop I know by far! They do get really busy so sometimes it takes a while to get through when ordering over the phone but I'd rather a busy restaurant than an empty one!

The food Is decent but the delivery times are pathetic. Also, Its a miracle If you can get through on the phone, or If they answer It.
Poor attitude towards delivery times and service means I cannot recommend them.

I do not normally write reviews but the truth of it is that franzos ilford have a great recipe for food but the worst customers service. Waiting is atrocious, the lies they tell like customers are stupid and the general disregard is amazing. Just want your money and thats it. Have ordered in every way possible and the result is the same. There's a point at which the inconvenience and hassle out weighs the food. Delivery times are appalling. In store waiting for take away are lies. Make your own choice. Fast food that isnt fast or good food somewhere else thats an effort but know what your get

The best home delivery service in the ilford,Essex area..always prompt and deliver hot food to your doorstep.
The food is the best I have tasted from it's home-style gourmet burgers to it's peri peri fries..highly recommend to everyone!..clean cooking and fresh meat

Hi everyone been to franzos ilford it's the most delicious food I ever had so far, best piri piri flavours, I would recommend you all to try it once before you try anyone else...... It's just sooooooo yummmy.
