KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken)

I ordered food from just eat, the tracking sytem was always saying they assigning a driver, almost one hour later and after trying to solve the problem through costumer service on Just eat, I decided to call the shop. A very very rude person that work at this KFC answered the phone and first didnt even took the time to had a look at my order, not even asked for my name, decided to hang up on my face. I called back and try to teach him something about costumer service, asked him again were was my order, and he told me to contact just eat and ask them to assign a driver??? Is this for real? This is what you get, when you employ people with no costumer service, skills.
