Worst Chinese ever! Food arrive nearly 2 hours late, it was cold and in enable to my pregnant girlfriend. Spoke to the manager and he would not refund the money and was rude and abrupt down the phone. He told me that this was not their issue.

after waiting nearly two hours for my delivery, it arrived with the delivery man being completly rude and a terrible attitude, the food was cold and incredibly greasy and on top of this i didnt recieve the correct order.
now I never write any reviews but i felt i had to try to let the public know you would be better of eating a frozen chicken, as it would be warmer, less greasy and double the flavour.
will never use this chinese again.

My partner and I have ordered from here roughly ten times now as our flat overlooks the shop. There has been a problem near enough every time we have ordered, be it payment, order or delivery time. We would usually give them the benefit of the doubt as the food wasn't that bad. However, the service and food the last couple of times has been nothing short of dreadful. Our last order with them was the straw that broke the camels back. It took 2 hours to deliver and the food was so cold that we had to microwave it before eating. No apologies were made by any of the staff. Truly shameful service.

I can honestly say this is one of the worst chineses I have ever had. Not only is the food way under par but it took over an hour and a half to turn up. When it did, our crispy chilli beef had about 1cm of food in it, the chicken in black bean, slightly more. The starters were pathetic and i was genuinly annoyed that I had exchange my hard earned cash for the pathetic, horrible food that I was presented with.

When we rang to complain the woman was extremly unhelpful and eventually put the food down on us. Before that though she told us to call back tomorrow as she was to busy to deal with it, told us they had a no refund policy so we couldn't have our money back. Refused to send any more food. If you like awful service, rude staff, insutling portions and to wait twice the estimmated delivery time then definately check this place out... If you dont then DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a quick bite to eat on my lunch break. Had the Lotus House Special rice and my colleague had the Chow mein. Both really impressed, service was very friendly and we didn't have to wait long. Food was really good, good quality and very tasty, would definately recommend!
