A'la Pizza

Omg, my heart said it may not be nice according to the reviews but because a friend suggested it's nice as she had wings and donar I thought let me give pizza a try. Delivery was an hour but I expected it to be 45-1hr. The food has to be the worst iv ever tasted had no taste. My daughter evn said it has no taste even to the chicken. She was absolutely right I cannot not deny but say it spoilt my evening as my kids were looking forward to the pizza, chips and grilled chicken. I will never recommend this place and stick to places i no of. Delivery guy was nice and polite.

ive ordered from this place many times and alway loved it and always raved about how much i do. but recently it has been disgusting. To cut the story short, my food arrived nearly 2 hours late due to all the arguing. Manager was absolutely awful. He got so angry! its like he wanted to lose customer?I wasn’t even being rude! Then he said he wont deliver it? i said fine i wont pay.Anyways i ended up paying £5 due to feeling sorry for the delivery man but WOW i DO NOT RECOMMEND.absolute garbage now. They need to start losing customers for them to take some actions and realise.

This is the worst place to order a take out from. I have been using their service for over 10 years and in the past 12 months the standards have dropped to a big fat zero. They dont care about customers. When you call them, at the other end you cannot even get through to some one who can understand you. Takes no less than 7 minutes to order a pizza! Food usually arrives no earlier than an hour, average is about 1.5 hours. My last few orders all arrived incorrectly and cold. So enough is enough and no more food from here. Oh, they will even try to sell you cold food at discounted price.

Ala pizza is the best pizza take away in the area, resenable prices, good customer service, and best meal. Delivery is always on time and its really fast 30 mins - 45mins max. lovely lovey yammy yammy Thanks

The food used to be very good all the time. Recently it's been standard. Ordering is a nightmare as the staff rush you or tell you to call back. The delivery takes anywhere from 40 minutes to 2 hours. I have sent back food on two occasions due to late delivery and we had to eat whatever we had left at home.

Their pizzas are probably still one of the best around the area along with Euro Fried on the same road. However, the services, professionalism and food quality (on orders) is very poor.
