Kwik Tan

Been a customer for 5 years now and never an issue. Good sunbeds with plenty of room to get ready and effective results for good value. Tried most of sunbed places in the area and this is by far my favourite.

I've been using Kwik Tan on and off for 3 years now and have never had a problem. For my first time, everything was explained thoroughly, thankfully as I didn't know what I was doing.
This is a no-frills tanning salon, who is usually staffed by just one young girl at a time. They have always managed to answer every question and have been very polite when doing so.

Went here last week to start having 2 sunbeds a week there was girl behind the desk she was texting on her phone I asked do you work here she said yeh but ur have to wait for the other girl I've finished! I said so you can't help me she than repled! What did I just say I've finished u can wait for the other girl. The other girl finally came out she was blunt and hardly wanted to help. When I was filling out my form I heard the girls talking about me. I can't believe a new client would get treated like this. I now use the a lovely salon round the corner. Do not go here!

I was a regular customer at Kwik Tan in Battersea and last year when I was going on holiday i went in for one last sunbed before I flew out. Unfortunately I realised when at the airport I had left an expensive pair of sun glasses in the sunbed cubicle. I rang Kwik tan and a member of staff confirmed they were there and they would put them in the safe for when I returned two weeks later.
When I went in to collect my sunglasses the I told the lady working there what had happened and she said she was the one who had put them in the safe and went to get them. To cut a long story short I spoke to the manageress on the phone who denied them ever being there. These sunglasses were over £150 when bought new so needless to say I was upset. I have not been back to this salon since.
