I love this salon.
Its clean the serice is great,staff is polite and very experienced.
I have my nails and threading and all the waxing done here
and after my bad expeience in other london salons I would not go anywhere else.

I definitely would not recommend this place for a brazilian wax. They use hot wax which is much better (and less painful) than strip wax, but the lady who performed the procedure clearly was not very experienced. When I got home I realized that there was a small patch of hair that was not removed, and she did not fully remove the hair from my bikini line (this was hard to tell because it was toward the back and I didn't realize it when I was still there). It was her responsibility to make sure that all of the hair was removed considering that it costs £35. I certainly will not go back again.

I love this place. The sun beds are only a £1 per minute for an Oxford street location . I'm always popping in here at lunch times or after work. I find to sun beds to be very good and clean.
I also have my Brazilian here and HD eyebrows threaded by Archana. She is Staff are always polite to me and from what I see the salon is always busy....Well done Mayfair Tanning.

I've been getting a Brazilian bikini wax for over 10 years and at this point am used to the fact that it hurts, and that often times not ALL hair is removed, so when I came to House of Waxing @ Dering Street for hair removal , I was expecting kind of the same. To my surprise, Julia - the lady who was doing it- was quicker than any one I had ever had in my life, and I'm not sure what she did differently but it barely even hurt! When I got home I was prepared with a tweezer to pull out left over hairs and again was shocked that there was none left! The entire bikini area was painlessly and flawlessly waxed and I couldn't be happier with the result.+ They Do Not Double Dip the sticks!

Always a pleasure I have always had an awesome experience there. It's a friendly and very welcoming environment with great service. I am always happy and totally taken care of.
The waxing and a level of service is superb.

I have been going to this salon for 5 years and always find the staff very helpful and the treatments the best. I know they are the only salon I know to give a refund if you are not happy with your treatment. I don't think you can ask for better than that.

I have to completely disagree with the previous reviews. I have been going to this salon for 8 years and have always found the salon to be very friendly and accommadating. I have never found any of the staff members rude and am very surprised to have seen these reviews. I would urge anyone to go to this salon, the level of service is always of a high standard.

I completely agree with the previous reviewer - the staff are appallingly rude.

I popped in to buy some Dermalogica products and was confronted by the most blunt, unhelpful and patronising woman. I left without purchasing anything.

Salon was also completely empty, there was not one single customer in there even though it's just off Oxford Street. I cannot imagine why......

Avoid like the plague - tanning salons and nail bars are 10 a penny in that area, take your hard earned cash elsewhere!

I never usually write reviews but i felt strongly about warning people not to use this tanning salon, ive used many different tanning salons and didnt realise how good those ones were until i experienced how awful this one was.

In a nut shell the women wasnt particularly friendly and if anything bossy! she tried selling the beds to me by saying they were 'brand new' and really strong! NO they are not!

i know central london is expensive and i was willing to pay, expecting to get a great service it is the worst bed i have ever used, in fact it didnt even make a slight bit of difference.

please do not waste your money in this salon!!
