Appalling. Hired a turf cutter that did not work. The shop was not interested that the machine had not done what it was hired for ,,, they just wanted the money, which was taken out of the deposit. The "old" no one else has complained was rolled out, as well as the insinuation that I had been operating it wrongly, not we'll try it out and refund you if it is found to be defective. The person I spoke too, presumably the owner could not or did not want to understand what I was trying to explain namely that when the machine is on the pavement and the cutter blade is lowered it is only level with the wheels therefore how could it cut turf, presumably it should be a couple of inches below the wheels. I did phone the shop while using the "turf cutter" and was advised "well bring it back then" as if I could just drop everything and do that ....... it is a two man lift.

Very good service, and happy to offer advice on both occasions that i have used their services. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Always have what you need. Have easy access at back of shop for collecting and returning items. Reasonable rates. Great customer service, free advice.
