We bought 4 tickets at £51 per ticket and was given a receipt to collect the tickets from the theatre. Didn't notice that the price on the ticket was £41 when we picked them up and only saw this a week later. Called the ticket office on Saturday to ask them why we had been charged £10 more per ticket and was told that they would need to speak to the Accounts dept on Monday and would call me back. I have not yet received a phone call so at this moment in time, not sure if the £40 overcharge will be reimbursed. I aim to pursue this matter though.

Without going into to much detail. They made a mistake with our tickets and wanted us to pay money to correct their mistake. Customer services agent was difficult and not very helpful. We will not ever book with them again. pity as they seemed good at first
