I have enjoyed great travel advise from flight centre chiswick especially phil, but now faced with the recovery of monies for cancelled flights i'm finding it very difficult to speak to anyone.
Today have had two calls dumped after waiting over 30 minutes for each, then redirected and dumped again.
Come on guys get the team off furlough and back in the driving seat; your reputation otherwise 5* is beginning to smell bad.
